2. What data we process

• Demo request form: full name, company name, email address, optional phone number and your message.
• When you email us: your email address and the content of the correspondence.
• Measurement cookies: only with your consent, information on how you use the site (pages visited, buttons clicked, approximate location, device and browser information).

3. For what purpose and on what legal basis

• To reply to your demo request and correspondence and to present Kervan to you: steps prior to entering into a contract related to your request (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law, KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and the explicit consent you give in the form.
• To measure how the site is used: your explicit consent ("Accept" in the cookie banner).
• To fulfil our legal obligations: where provided by law (KVKK Art. 5/2-a, ç).

4. Who it may be shared with

Your data is not sold and is not given to others for marketing. To provide the service it may be shared with these service providers: the network service through which the site is published, the email service and, with your consent, the measurement service (Google Analytics). Some of these providers have servers abroad; transfers abroad are made under KVKK Art. 9. It may also be shared with authorised public bodies upon a request based on law.

5. How it is collected

Data is collected electronically through the form on the site, by email and (with your consent) through cookies.

6. How long it is kept

Form and correspondence data is kept until your request is concluded and afterwards for the periods required by the relevant legislation; at the end of that period it is deleted or anonymised. Measurement data is limited to the retention period of the measurement service.

7. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it is, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties it is transferred to, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request deletion or destruction when the conditions are met, to request that these actions be notified to the parties it was transferred to, to object to a result against you arising from analysis by automated systems, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

8. Cookie policy

• Necessary: A small record is kept in your browser to remember your cookie choice. Without it, your choice would be asked again on every page.
• Measurement (optional): Google Analytics. It only runs when you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. Without your consent nothing is measured.
